You Saved Our Vacation
Last weekend we headed up to Lake Winnipesaukee from out-of-state with our 2019 Stingray, only to find out that our shift was not working properly. When we put it in neutral, the boat was going in reverse. Since we knew this was dangerous, we first thought we would be heading back home to our local dealership to have it fixed and would have to forfeit our vacation . We decided to take a chance and contact Irwin Marine Laconia on the lake to see if one of their mechanics could take a look at our boat and hopefully solve the problem. Since we did not purchase our boat from Irwin, we were skeptical as to whether or not they would be willing to help or even take a few minutes to check it out. Since we LOVE the lake so much and visit quite often, we headed straight to Irwin and pulled into their service dock. My husband spoke to Jason Marceau and explained our situation. To our surprise, Jason immediately had one of his mechanics come aboard and check it out. After about an hour and half, Dana had resolved the issue, and not only fixed the shift, but INSISTED on taking it for a test drive with my husband. Both Jason and Dana went above and beyond taking care of BOATERS from out-of-state. Had they not been willing to help us, our vacation would have ended that day!

Irwin Marine Rushed To Help
This summer I was out on the lake driving my dads boat, my second summer being able to take the boat out on my own. The boat randomly stopped working, stalled and would not turn back on. Being new to taking the boat out on my own I was not sure what to do in the situation and was afraid I would get in trouble. Irwin Marine rushed to help, and quickly figured out what was wrong with the boat . I was extremely grateful for the whole staff at Irwin Marine for helping me and my family, they took care of everything and got our boat back out on the lake quickly so we could enjoy the rest of the summer!

More Than Pleasantrare In This Day And Age
We reserved a boat for a day, but had to change to a half a day rental. Both the people we dealt with were more than pleasant and despite being busy. Took the time to explain the operation, navigation destinations with us. Watched them helping customers with parts. Same thing, they took the time to explain the details. Rare in this day and age.

Awesome Experience With Irwin Marine
I have had nothing but awesome experiences with Irwin Marine. I first met Dave in the Hudson Store, who we purchased our first boat from. The process was great, he spent some time showing us different options, models, etc and helped it find a boat that met our needs. We picked up the boat at the Laconia location, where we spent the day on the lake. Bill took us for our first ride, then we signed everything. Once we were done playing with the new purchase, Jason helps us load the boat and go over any other questions we had. We have since run into Jason a couple other times while visiting the Laconia store. I cannot say enough kind works about this man, who always went out of his way to help us any way possible. I highly recommend Irwin Marine.

Ped Up And Took Care Of Us
Earlier this year I had posted about a challenging experience with a New boat. Its been a long process, however wanted to follow up. The folks at Irwin marine have definitely stepped up and helped us. The folks in service have worked with us correcting issues, while Bruce, Bill and Jason W. worked hard to get our situation remedied in a very satisfactory manner. We were ready to walk away- and given the current situation, I doubt it would have made an ounce of a difference at the marina. With wait lists on slips and boats flying off the showroom floor they easily could have ignored us, but instead stepped up and took care of us.
The season was a bit touch and go to start- but we ended up doing a lot of hours and having a blast in the lake- definitely wouldnt have been a summer to miss out. at

We purchased a 2017 Sea Ray 350 SLX and we love it. We have been to Italy a couple of times, so have named our boat Andiamo, which means, here we go in Italian. We also cant say enough about Raj, who sold us the boat, and Rob and his team, who services our boat. They always go above and beyond to make sure our boat looks good and runs well.

What A Great Experience
I just returned from vacation on Saturday after renting a boat slip in your Alton Bay location. I just want to express what a great experience I had with your staff. Doug graciously greeted me, even though he was with a customer at the time, and helped get the process going. John took over and helped me and my brother get my boat in the water in no time. The boat dock location was perfect! We had the same exceptional experience when we went to pull the boat. Despite some windy conditions and an aging trailer, John had us out and ready to go in just a few minutes. He even refused our offer of a tip. Doug returned and asked how our week was. You have such a gracious and helpful staff, and I will definitely refer you to anyone looking for service, sales, or storage. Thanks once again.

The Irwin Team Has Always Been Helpful
I have been a customer of Irwin Marine for 12 years now. When I was looking for a boat back in 2006, it came down to purchasing from Irwin or another marina in Maine. Started in rack storage and eventually moved to a covered docked slip when I needed an easier entrance point to the boat for my 80 year old parent. My boat has always been ready for the spring and taken care of during the winter months. Wouldnt Hesitate To Recommend
I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Now that Ive rented a boat from them, I know this place is solid. New clean boats. Professional staff. Huge inventory of boats to choose from. My group, 6 adults and 5 children, came to Lake Winnipesaukee for a quick weekend getaway. Because of the number of our group we rented a pontoon and a tubing package. Our pontoon boat was a 2017 model. Seats for 14 people. I never been on a pontoon before so I was surprised to see that they had an overhead cover, Bluetooth speaker system, table, cup holders and was more than powerful enough to fill our time with hilarious memories thatll last us a lifetime. The staff gave us recommendations on good places to go tubing or anchor and go swimming. Irwin Marina is my go to place from now on to rent boats. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to any of my friends or family
