Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%.
Notes: Any reservation made more than seven days from the rental start time may be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund by sending a cancellation request via email to [email protected]. Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours from the original time of booking may be cancelled via email, sent to [email protected], seven days or more prior to the rental start time, for a 90% refund of the reservation amount and 100% refund of optional insurance. Online booking fees are non-refundable after 24 hours. Cancellations within seven days of the rental start time are non-refundable. If we deem conditions unsafe due to issues stemming from the event of lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, heavy wind, or an Air Quality Index above 200 in Tahoe City, CA, at the time of the scheduled rental, reservation may be rescheduled for another open day without penalty. In the event there is no other day that works, a full refund will be issued. Unsafe, weather-related issues after the first day of a multi-day rental, may not be rescheduled and are non-refundable.
