Longboat Key’s new Zota Beach Resort opens for business Friday. The 187-room resort is located on the beach at 4711 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key. The resort was constructed in an old Hilton and includes a new 84-room tower, a restaurant, cabanas and a pool.
