We’ve never been to Torch and I’m just in the research stage right now. We’d love to rent a house that’s right on the lake. We would be bringing our own boat so we would need a house with a dock. It would just be the four of us, so we don’t need anything huge. Hoping to keep it under $400/night if possible. I’ve been on VRBO and Airbnb, but many places are lacking the boat dock. Chances are you would need to find a cottage with a good permanent mooring , or bring your own (3 Danforth anchors 120° apart connected with chain with another chain to a sentinel, and line to a buoy, with a pendant going to the boat.
