When we arrived to pick up the boat the instructions were clear and he was very helpful. There was an accidental charge for fuel that they immediately refunded for me when I called them. I would definitely use them again.
We had an amazing time while renting a pontoon boat from Northaire Pontoon Rentals! Booking was a breeze and Justin met us on the morning of the rental to show us how to operate the boat. We chose the Bellaire location and were so happy that we did. Driving the boat through the river to Lake Bellaire and then driving slowly through grass river was so relaxing and a great way to see the area. Torch lake was beautiful of course and we had a great time jumping in and just relaxing. If you are renting from the Bellaire location I would definitely recommend renting for the entire day as it will take approximately an hour to get to Torch. We will definitely be renting from here again!

Preparing for Your First Visit:
Boating is fun, but we understand that it can feel intimidating in a new boat while navigating new and unknown waterways. We want all of our customers to feel relaxed and confident, so we have a few tips!
The Day of:

Parties should arrive 20-30 minutes before their scheduled departure. This allows time for check-in while we help load your boat, fill your cooler with ice, and direct you to our dedicated, gated parking area. But most importantly – all groups must participate-in a scheduled demonstration drive with one of our instructors.

No matter your level of experience all guests are required to participate. Once your party is ready to depart, one of our instructors will board and take the wheel. The instructor will navigate the vessel away from the dock while he/she delivers a detailed overview of the watercraft and the lake.

From there, your group captain will take the driver’s seat and navigate the watercraft back to the dock. Our instructor will give correction as your captain slowly returns.

Our staff will be ready to guide the boat onto the hoist when you return.

Docking should be brief, as there are other watercraft in process needing our attention. The instructor will disembark, and your group may begin a special day on the lake.

Cancellation Policy : Strict
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%.
Notes: In the event of a weather related cancellation, we have multiple boats and will quickly reschedule if possible for the next available opening.All deposits are 100% refundable in case of cancellation.

- A Deposit of 200 dollars is required at the time of booking with the full amount being paid by the date of departure.
- Gas pricing – Each boat is sent out with a full tank of gas. The boat can be returned full. If The boat is not returned full at the time of pickup, the cost to refill the tank to full will be subtracted from the security deposit. *Gas pricing is $6.25 a gallon

The little village is a great stop.
Central Lakes Thurston Park has a sandy beach and is a great place to launch kayaks or SUPs as well as motorized boats. There is a small campground here with several waterfront sites as well!
Be sure to stop into Brownwood Acres early on Sunday morning for amazing donuts.

The Torch Lake Sand Bar is located at the southern end of the lake near where Torch Lake meets Torch River at the Torch River Bridge.
The bridge is narrow.
The Sand Bar is best accessed by boat or kayak, as the sand bar is several hundred yards away from the shore.
