If you were born on or after January 1st, 1988 and at least 18 years of age you must pass a Florida Boaters Safety test to drive
A Credit Card Authorization for $1000 is required for Deposit
Guest’s are responsible for gas. The boat will be filled back up at the marina.
You must be 25 years of age to rent a boat & have previous boating experience
Dive Tanks are not allowed on rental boats per Florida state law.

- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS OUTBOARD BOATING EXPERIENCE you are acknowledging you have outboard motor boat experience. Rental boat operator reserve the right to refuse to rent without adequate experience. Refunds WILL NOT be given if customer is unable to operate vessel in a safe manner

- MUST BE OVER THE AGE 23 YEARS
- MUST $1,000 SECURITY DEPOSIT on a major credit card . The Rental boat operator do not accept AMEX for security deposit
