Charters may only carry max 12 guest at a time as per US Coast Guard regulations. The max guest capacity is not related to the boat size 25 ft boat or 55 ft boat are both allowed to the hold max 12 guest.

The boat price shows the full charter rate . For your information, gratuity is not included in the boat price, so please keep in mind tipping the captain and the mate .

*After 7 oclock is counting as after hours and will require a charge of $100 per hour
*Prices include gas, captain, and ice. It does not include food, drinks, or gratuity for the captain.
*Maximum weight for 22 pontoon: 1,300 lbs maximum.
* Kids under 18 MUST have a parent or guardian to sign the waiver for them.
*We dont allow women who are pregnant. We highly recommend people that have back or heart problems do not go in any of our rides. If you have any other health conditions and arent sure if you should ride, contact your doctor before doing the activity.
*Route and duration subject to change depending on weather conditions.
*If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must do it with at least 24 hours in advance. If not done within that frame of time, you will lose your ticket or the possibility of re-scheduling for another date. No-shows will also lose their opportunity to rebook or refund their tickets. If you are making a reservation for the same day, or out of our 24 hours in advance policy, the client accepts there are no reschedules, cancellations or refunds.
*Any reservation done out of our 24-hour cancellation policy will be considered a final sale with no option to change, cancel, or refund the total amount paid. Make sure you can be at our location at least 30 minutes prior to the time you are choosing

No. There is no member price. You just need to contact us via phone, Whatsapp or Instagram to complete the yacht charter reservation.
What is the cancellation policy for bad weather?
If there is an official severe weather advisory due to the severe thunderstorm or high winds, as per USCG regulations we cancel the trip with full refund or reschedule your charter depend on our availability. The decision of cancellation is at the discretion of our captains. As we said earlier, safety is our priority. So if the weather conditions are dangerous to be on the boat, our captains will not take you out. But if its just rain shower or cloudy weather, its such a typical weather for Miami and we do not cancel the yacht rentals. We consider the advisories on the trip date because its the most accurate one. We discuss with our captains and let you know about the updates to either cancel with the full refund or re-schedule the trip to another day.

What Should I Wear Or What Should I Bring On A Yacht Charter
We recommend our guests wearing non-marking sandals or shoes , and bringing an extra layer of top and bottom since Miami weather is so unpredictable or its often chilly when the wind is strong. Make sure you also bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen which are essential for Miami weather.
Where is the pick-up location? Is parking available?
Five of our boats are located at 5400 Collins Ave, Miami Beach FL 33140. There is a parking lot at 5300 Collins Ave. in case our guests drive. One of our boats are 7910 West Drive, North Bay Village 33140 and there is free street parking right by the dock. FYI, we only do pick up and drop offs at the dock where our boats are located.
What is our cancellation policy?
We have a standardized cancellation policy in order to protect both our guests and us . You can cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the booking without penalty. If our guests cancel the reservation 5 to 2 days before the start time of the trip, they will receive the deposit back. For the cancellations less than 2 days before the yacht charter date, booking is non-refundable including the security deposit.
As a renter if I have a boaters license, can I captain the boat I booked ?
How long is a typical rental period?
Typical rental period is defined by the amount of time you would spend out on the water and it may vary from a quarter day rental , to half day rental , to full day rental . As a reminder, on weekends we do minimum 4 hour yacht charters.
