We rented a pontoon boat in August 2018. What a fun and incredible experience with my family. We were able to tour the lake for the day with a few stops for swimming and an on-board picnic lunch. The kids had a great time tubing as well.

Great time on jet skis. Staff was very friendly. Lake is beautiful. Would go again with my family. It was my daughters first time in the drivers seat and also my son’s girlfriends first time. Although they were scared, they got used to it and enjoyed it.

All of our numerous docks have 24/7 surveillance with projector lighting. We inspect our docks daily, and also move them in or out according to the fluctuating water level, weather conditions permitting. There are plenty of dock spaces available to suit any and all needs. Once you give us your boats information, we will find you the most suitable spot. We can accommodate certain requests , space permitting. Our docks fill up quickly, so make sure to reserve your spot early.
We charge boat slip rental prices at the marina based on the size, type of the boat and dock location. Email us for pricing information appropriate to your situation. In addition, we have promotions such as winterization discounts and early payment discounts that many of our repeat customers are able to take advantage of.

Taking boat tours is one of my favorite ways to explore the large waterways in PA, so when I learned that you could take boat tours of Lake Wallenpaupack in the Poconos, I was excited to check it out.
Wallenpaupack Scenic Boat Tours and Rentals is the only tour boat operator on the second-largest lake entirely within Pennsylvania and offers tours daily during the summer months . Sadly, fans of The Office TV show will be disappointed to hear that this isnt a booze cruise, but its still a ton of fun.
Lake Wallenpaupack was created for hydroelectric purposes and was completed in 1926. The lake dams the Wallenpaupack Creek and is 13 miles long and features 52 miles of shoreline.
This Lake Wallenpaupack boat tour leaves from Hawley on the northeastern end of the lake and explores several miles of shoreline along this portion of the lake.
When I showed up for my cruise, I checked in at the East Shore Lodging building in The Shops at Grishams Landing directly along Route 6. Once I checked in, I was told to walk across the street towards the lake, and take the path down to the shoreline.
This path isnt difficult, but those that have trouble with hills or slightly uneven terrain might struggle to get down to the boat . This also means that this boat tour is not handicapped accessible.
The boat itself is docked on a floating and movable dock along the shoreline, along with a handful of other watercraft.

I dont know how anyone could possibly have a bad review of Rubber Duckie. From the ease of booking to calling the night before due to some serious rain coming, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with every staff member. We rented a pontoon boat to do a little fishing and tubing for a half day. The building was easy to find, extremely fast and helpful while filling out the paperwork and had great instruction. The real benefit was when we went down to the boat: the guy at the dock gave us a full rundown of the equipment, showed us how to work everything, drove the boat out of the slip for us, and when we returned, drove it back into the slip. I cant recommend Rubber Duckie enough! An especially big thank you goes out to the owner, Dennis, for taking my call the night before our reservation. He assured me that we could wait and see how the weather turned out and play it by ear. Im thrilled that the weather cooperated and we were able to have an unforgettable experience on the lake. We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Lake Wilcox Habitat Enhancement Project
Richmond Hill and the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority started the Lake Wilcox Habitat Enhancement Project in 2005 to improve the in-water habitat of the Lake Wilcox shoreline.
Changes were made to North Shore Parkette. The lake’s shoreline is mostly privately owned and educating landowners is a key part of the program. We help landowners who wish to join the project and make improvements on their property.
The Oak Ridges Friends of the Environment also supports the project. This community group helps us with events and spreads the word about the project to homeowners in the area.
