We Take Pride In The Boats That We Offer
Pend Oreille Lake is a large lake to travel by boat, that is why we will never offer a ski boat with less than a 5.0L engine or a pontoon boat with less than a 115hp engine. We handpick the best boats we can find and have them thoroughly looked over to make sure your experience with us will go on without a hitch! You can book boats online from a minimum of 4 hours to 3 weeks at a time based on availability. Please call us with any questions, we are here to help!
Deliveries
We will deliver if necessary to locations that weve indicated on Pend Oreille River. *Plus cost of gas. Please call if you are needing delivery for your boat or waverunner. 920-9292
Deposit
You are required to put a 50% deposit down at the time of reservation. This amount will be applied towards the cost of the rental at time of pick-up. A credit card is required to be on file for any damages to boat.
Late Return/Pick Up
If your boat is late, you will be charged a $250.00 fee as well as the prorated amount for the time.
Hours of Watercraft Operation
You are allowed to operate our rentals during our business hours of 9:00 am to 6:00pm, never after dark.
Cancellations
You may cancel your rental up to 24 hours prior to your pick up time and date, after that your deposit becomes non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason and to cancel your reservation due to inclement or impending bad weather or any other reason at our sole discretion.

As weve already said, this is Idahos largest lake. Its 43 miles long with 111 miles of shoreline and is also the deepest at 1,158 feet deep. In fact, there are only four deeper in the United States.
There are Parks, beaches, and trails!
Lake Pend Oreille has plenty of parks, boat launches, picnic sites and other attractions. These include Farragut State Park, which we talked about in a previous post, Whiskey Rock, which is a Forest Service fee-free campground, Garfield Bay, a county park and campground, and Springy Point, which is operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Activities on the lake include our favorite thing, Boating!
Lake Pend Oreille boasts numerous boat launches around the shoreline. You can jet ski, hang out on a pontoon, sail on a sailboat or kayak. Plus, there are a number of marinas with fuel docks, food and services.
Other Activities include Wildlife and Fishing:
Theres an active population of ospreys and bald eagles around the water. Plus, you might catch a glimpse of a moose, deer or bear. Or hang out and watch migrating waterfowl including swans, geese or ducks.
As for fishing, Lake Pend Oreille is known for its kamloops , mackinaw and kokanee salmon. . There are also bass, walleye, and various trout species for the anglers pleasure.

Probably the most elegant power vessel for a cruise on the lake is the Shawnodese, crewed by Captain EJ, First Mates Kimberley and Emily and naturalist Linda. The 43-foot classically styled ferryboat accommodates up to 36, with daily hour-and-a-half cruises out of City Beach and additional specialty cruises for history, birds of prey and others. Rental Terms & Conditions
- US Coast Guard Approved Lifejackets are included for free.
- Renters must be at least 21 years of age and are required to present a valid drivers license.
- All rentals come full of fuel and are required to be returned full.
- Optional accessories available include water skis, wakeboards, surfboards, or a two-person tube.
- Idaho does not require you to have a boaters license but does require a fishing license, if you plan to fish.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on boat rentals. If you are more than two weeks away from your reservation, we can allow you to reschedule to a different date, if availability permits. Your credit is valid for up to one year from the original booking date.
