Upon completing the online booking and securing payment, you are agreeing to the following and will be required to sign an online contract that states the following:
PUNCTUALITY: We require the renter to be 30 minutes BEFORE the start of the rental time to go over the check-in process. Punctuality is expected as we do have limited staff and other renters to attend to. We reserve the right to cancel the rental after 15 minutes if renter is a No-Show . Your attendant will go over all of the rules with you before launching. Late fees will be assessed if boat is not returned on time.
GAS: We require that the boat is re-filled with gas upon your return to the boat ramp at customers expense. There is an on-site gas station where you can fill it back up.
PET POLICY: No pets are allowed. No exceptions.
TUBE POLICY: Tubes will be supplied by Halls Bridge Rentals. No outside or unapproved tubes can be brought by the renter, due to insurance regulation and liability. No exceptions.
DRUG POLICY: No illegal drugs are allowed. No exceptions
ALCOHOL POLICY: Driver are not allowed to operate the boat under the influence of alcohol. Law is as strict for operating a boat as it is for car drivers. Driving under the influence is a crime. See link below for Boating under the influence:

End Ties In Grand Teton Are Moving To Recreationgov
As the Bureau of Reclamation continues to draw down Jackson Lake to supply water to irrigation reservoirs in Idaho, low water levels require us to discontinue Colter Bay Village Marina operations earlier than anticipated. At this time, End Ties are no longer available for the 2021 season.
Reservations will migrate to Recreation.gov for the 2022 season and can be booked on a 6-month rolling basis. We recommend visitors check our website regularly for additional details and updates.
End tie reservations are expected to fill quickly! We recommend visitors plan ahead and book early.
Visitors must create an account on the Recreation.gov website prior to making campground reservations. Those who already have an account are encouraged to confirm their login and password information.
The Colter Bay Marina offers slips, buoys, and end ties for guests who want to explore Jackson Lake from the comfort of their own boat. Slips and buoys can only be reserved for an entire summer season . We have waitlists for each option. However, end ties are available for rent on a nightly basis on Recreation.gov.
Please note that, due to low water levels, the Colter Bay Marina may not operate for the 2022 season.
