Boat is supplied with all Coast Guard required safety equipment including life vests for adults. In order to insure a proper fit, children under 50 pounds should have their own life jacket that has been fitted by the parent. Life jackets for youths 50-90 pounds are available upon advance request. Children 6 and under are required to wear life jackets at all times.

Boating day starts at approximately 10am, and returned by 4:30pm at the latest.

Boat are subject to Maximum Passenger Capacity AND a Maximum Weight Capacity. 25 boats hold up to 12 people and a maximum of 2000 lbs.

$65 fuel charge applies to all rentals your boat will be provided with enough fuel for an average day of boat use. You do not need to top off tank for return.

No dive tanks are allowed on the boat.

No tubing, wake boarding, water skiing or towing other items behind the boat is allowed.

Reservations are refundable up to 10 days in advance. A 5% processing fee applies to all refunds. No refunds will given for multiday rentals that are picked up late or returned early.

Boats are allowed within a 1 mile radius of the shore of Marathon from Curry Hammock State Park to Pigeon Key at the beginning of the 7 Mile Bridge. These boats are not suitable to go to the reef or anywhere further than 1 mile offshore.

If you want tunes, we recommend you bring your own wireless speaker. The boats are not equipped with sound systems.
