Our Story & Experience

We’ve owned multiple boats and homes over the years, and we have built, refit and/or remodeled our fair share. A few years ago, we got a wild hair and gave up living on land, decided to down size, and live on the water. So, we sold the home we had just finished renovating , sold 90% of our stuff , bought a classic 50 Hatteras MY, and moved on board. Now nearly seven years later we are back on land and have transitioned our business to the Florida Keys.

As founders of M& M Boat Services Michelle and I have 50+ years of combined experience in the U.S. Coast Guard and the marine industry maintaining, operating, and living on boats ourselves and in successful senior Business, Operations, and Maintenance Leadership roles. This experience gives us a very strong understanding of the needs of our clients.
